Douglas entered the world of IT in 1993 while simultaniously being involved with a number of contracting roles in both project management and technical consultancy. He joined Damelin Education Group, a Leading Educational Provider In South Africa as an Independant Service Provider and Lecturer and was promoted to Course Director at one of the Nations top performing Branches where he also consulted with the National team in developing and moderating some of the Organisations most successful IT Engineering Programs. Douglas stayed with Damelin helping to complete and integrate a number of further acquisitions that helped Educor become one of the leading independent educational providers in South Africa. After two years integrating the Saint International Computers support services divisions, Douglas joined the operations board as Support Services Manager in 1998. In 1999 he consolidated both the delivery and service divisions in to a single operational unit under SaintGroup.com. Douglas believes that his ethos of delivering individual customer service is a prerequisite to a successful organisation and ultimately the foundation for delivering growth and profitability.
Dylan is an accomplished business professional with over 15 years’ experience and proven strengths in sales and IT development, particularly working with I.T. vendors, Alliance Partners and channel resellers. He also has proven end-user sales skills in various markets and has a particular interest in building sales teams for consistent success. His career developed in the management team of various re-sellers, until he was recruited by SaintGroup to act as Field Engineer and IT Administrator for our Clent Sebenza Shipping and Forwarding Headquatered in Johannseburg South Africa. During this time, Dylan was the Regional Channel Lead and assisted in the development of the SaintGroup global Expansion plan. He has a particular strength in clinet public relations, with many notable contacts in Government, and both Private and Public Corporate sectors. Dylan’s Sales background has always played a significant part in his ability to identify the real business issues with clients and enables him to develop strategies for consistent growth. He now spear-heads the UK Expansion Plan for SiantGroup
